The 9-5 Fastlane Summit stage, guests arriving

28–30 April 2027 · Marbella

250 buyers.
Three days.
Something to report
on the Monday.

Most conference sponsorship buys you a logo and a badge scanner. This buys you conversations with people who can sign, a stage session your product earns rather than rents, and a content library you keep.

  • 250 AEs, SDRs and GTM leads
  • 15+ speakers, ~1m combined
  • Named-account introductions
  • Partnerships from €2,500
  • 150–250

AEs, SDRs, sales managers and GTM leads

  • 15+

speakers, top voices in the space

  • 1,000,000+

    expected combined speaker following

  • 5

days counting the pre-day and the speakers’ retreat

01 / The honest bit

You have sponsored a conference before.

So you know how it goes. The logo goes on a banner behind a stage. The stand goes in a corridor people walk past on their way to coffee. You get a spreadsheet of badge scans, most of which never asked to hear from you, and in the Monday review somebody asks what the €20,000 did.

It is not that those events are bad. It is that at 5,000 people, nobody can introduce you to anyone, and the only thing left to sell you is visibility.

This one is 250 people in a hotel in Marbella. Small enough that we know who is coming, and small enough to put you next to them on purpose.

  • A logo on a backdrop

Seen by people already in the room, forgotten by Tuesday

  • A stand in a corridor

Competing with the coffee queue and the toilets

  • A list of badge scans

Most of whom never consented to hear from you

  • No content afterwards

Nothing to run, nothing to show, nothing to report

02 / What you get instead

Three things you can put in a plan.

Not three sizes of logo. Three outcomes, each with the specifics underneath it, so you can work out before you spend anything whether this is worth your budget.

Conversations with buyers who can actually sign

250 AEs, SDRs, sales managers and GTM leads, in a room small enough that you meet most of them. We tell your team who is coming and walk you over to the accounts that fit. Most events hand you a badge scanner and wish you luck.

  • We introduce you to the accounts you name, before anyone gets on a plane
  • The list of everyone who agreed to hear from partners
  • We seat your team around the gala, not together on one table
  • We draw the padel teams so your reps play with your targets

02Product

Your product in front of people, in a way they believe

A demo on a stand convinces nobody. A working session where an operator solves a real problem with your tool, in front of a room of their peers, convinces everybody. You get stage time or a workshop, and we help you build the session so it does not land as an ad.

  • Your team hosts a session on the main stage, 20 or 15 minutes by tier
  • A workshop room where your team runs the session
  • We help you build it, so it teaches first and sells second
  • The Main partner also gets a seat at the speakers’ villa afterwards

Content you can run, and numbers you can report

A photographer and a videographer cover all three days. You leave with a library you own the rights to, and a report with real figures in it, so the line in your budget has something next to it in May.

  • You can run all the photos and video as paid ads
  • We record a podcast episode on site with your product in the topic
  • How many people each channel actually reached
  • All of it two weeks after the summit closes

At five thousand people you buy visibility because nobody can introduce you to anyone. At two hundred and fifty we can walk you across the room and say the name right.

The whole argument, in one line

03 / The room

They paid to be there.

Account executives, SDRs, sales managers and GTM leads. Not a general martech crowd collecting lanyards: the people who evaluate your product, champion it internally and live inside it all day.

Tickets run €250 early to €350 late, and companies buy five seats for €1,000. Nobody is in that room because a ticket was free, which is the whole difference between an audience and a mailing list.

Fifteen speakers bring about a million followers between them, and every one of them posts before, during and after. That is reach you are not paying a media rate for, attached to names your buyers already trust.

What a seat costs them

  • Early bird€250
  • Regular€300
  • Late bird€350
  • Company, 5 seats€1,000

All excluding VAT. Your team passes are valued against the €300 regular rate.

04 / The three nights

Where the conversations actually happen.

Three evenings, three partners, first to sign picks first. Padel teams and gala seating are drawn deliberately, so your reps end up beside the accounts you came for.

The Padel Cup

Attendees and speakers drawn into mixed teams, your brand on the courts and the kit, and you handing over the trophy. Sales people and padel is not a coincidence.

The Gala Dinner

Everybody dressed up, everybody photographing it. Your name on the night, branding in the room, and a toast from the stage. The single most-posted hour of the summit.

05 / The five days

How it runs.

28 April

Padel and the pool party

  • Padel tournament, attendees and speakers mixed into teams
  • Pool party networking at Palacio Suites Marbella
  • The most photographed day of the five

29 April

Main stage, then the gala

  • Keynotes and panels from the speaker line-up

30 April

1–2 May

The speakers’ retreat

  • Two days in a villa with the speaker line-up only
  • The same format as the Marbella retreat, at a smaller scale
  • One seat belongs to the Main partner

The summit itself is planned for Don Carlos, Marbella, which is not yet confirmed. The pre-conference party and the gala evening are at Palacio Suites Marbella.

Main partner only

And then everyone leaves, and you stay.

On 1 and 2 May the speaker line-up moves to a villa for two days. No stage, no audience, nothing in the diary. Just the fifteen people whose combined following is about a million, with time on their hands.

One seat at that table belongs to the Main partner. It is not for sale any other way, and it is the single reason Main is worth double Silver rather than a bit more than it.

06 / Partnerships

Three tiers. No small print.

Every tier includes team passes at the €300 regular rate, so a slice of what you pay comes back as seats. Bold lines are what the tier below does not get.

08 / Fit

Who this works for, and what it is not.

A strong fit for

  • Sales and GTM software sold to AEs, SDRs and sales leaders
  • Teams who want conversations and content, not a logo on a banner
  • Brands happy to teach from the stage rather than pitch from it
  • Anyone who would rather have 250 right people than 5,000 wrong ones

What this is not

  • A guaranteed number of leads, meetings or pipeline
  • A list of everyone who attended, regardless of consent
  • A hard-sell keynote slot
  • An audience outside sales and GTM

We can promise the room, the sessions and the content. Nobody can promise you pipeline, and anybody who does is guessing.

09 / Confirmed speakers

Who is on the stage.

  • Christian KrauseLinkedIn 108k

Founder of The Quota League. Sold at Salesforce before that. Now he teaches sales teams how to actually use LinkedIn.

  • Jan Benedikt MundorfLinkedIn 55k

Senior Strategic AE at Pleo. Two President’s Clubs. He shows teams you can hit the number without the bro-energy.

  • Maximilian KostLinkedIn 22k+

A name most of European sales already knows. Confirmed for the main stage.

  • 12 more speakersAnnouncing soon

Being confirmed now. Combined following across the full line-up is expected to be around one million.
