Refunds and cancellation

Short version: if you are not happy in the first week, email me and you get your money back. No form, no reason required, no attempt to talk you out of it.

The monthly membership

Seven days, full refund, no proof and no questions. Email nikita@9-5fastlane.com and say you want it back.

After seven days, you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next payment, it does not refund the month you are in.

The annual plan

Same seven days, full refund, no questions. On top of that it carries the twelve month income guarantee, which is written out in full on its own page.

The book

Fourteen days. It is a digital download, so I am asking you to be straight with me rather than checking anything. If you read it and it was not useful, say so and I will refund it.

Your statutory right to withdraw

EU consumers have a fourteen day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout so you can have the thing straight away, which is standard and is what happens here.

The refund terms above are deliberately more generous than the minimum and nothing on this page takes a statutory right away from you. Where they differ, whichever is better for you applies.

How to cancel or claim

One email to nikita@9-5fastlane.com. You will get a reply from a person, usually within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within fourteen days.

You can also cancel the subscription yourself from the billing link in your Stripe receipt, which takes two clicks and does not involve me at all.

If something goes wrong

Email me first. Who legally operates this site, and where to take a complaint if I do not resolve it, is on the imprint.
