Before you pay me anything
Who this is not for
Anybody can join. There is no application and I am not going to pretend the door is harder to walk through than it is. But there are people who should keep their money, and I would rather say so here than take it and disappoint them.
Do not join if
You want to get rich quickly
This is a ten-year plan on a good day. The single biggest lever in it took me one conversation, and the nine years before that conversation were me not noticing it existed. Nothing here compounds faster because you want it to.
You want stock picking
There are no tickers in the book and there will not be any in the room. I do not teach investing, I do not pick stocks, and I am not licensed to tell you what to buy. If that is what you are shopping for, this is the wrong room and you will be annoyed by week two.
You want to build a software business
Different sport. This is about what a salary can do when you actually look at it. If you are trying to start a company, your problem is not the payslip and I would be a poor guide.
You want somebody else to do it
The book is a weekend of reading and then a lot of unglamorous months. Nobody in the room will run your numbers, have your compensation conversation, or move your money for you.
Where the system stops
Every framework has an edge. Here is where this one has its edge, said plainly rather than left for you to discover in month three.
If your pay is set by a published band
Public sector, most academia, anywhere the salary sits in a table somebody else writes. What you are paid and what you keep is still worth measuring, and the tax and structure work still applies. But the negotiation lever is capped there by policy rather than by the conversation, and that is the lever I am best at.
If you are not in sales, know what you get and what you do not
The wealth system does not care what your job is. What your skills are worth, whether you are paid the market rate, and the gap between employer cost and net pay are the same arithmetic for an engineer, a lawyer or a doctor. What is genuinely sales-flavoured is the commission mechanics and the quota language, and the longer plan to train and place salespeople in companies that pay properly. That plan is not running yet, and when it does it will help salespeople more than it helps you.
If you need proof the room produces results
It is weeks old. Nobody has reached financial independence through it and I will not pretend otherwise. What has happened is smaller and real, and it is written out in the FAQ. If you need a track record before you spend €29, wait, and come back when I have one.
And if none of that is you
Then it is €29 a month and you can cancel in two clicks. Read what is in the book and the proof page first. Both are free and both are designed to let you talk yourself out of it.
